Submission Rules
11. All stories submitted to the site must first be approved by one of the mods. Serpy, Lissy, Cover Girl, Wolfman, and myself, will attempted to complete this as quickly as possible.
2. All fics must be edited. (Especially spelling or Lissy’s head will explode!) While we do not expect perfection, we do expect you to take pride in your work. If you require a beta please ask, we are willing to do simple editing. However, we will not do major beta work unless it is arranged prior to submitting your story.
3. PLEASE have your stories formatted correctly when you post them. If you are unsure of HTML or having difficulties please ask.
4. All stories MUST contain a disclaimer. This protects you and your original characters.
11. Titles and summaries must be kid friendly. No exceptions. "Please read", "Untitled", etc. are not acceptable titles or summaries.
5 Stories with multiple chapters should be archived as such and NEVER as separate stories. Upload the first chapter of your story, then go to Manage Stories in your account to add additional chapters. If you have trouble with this, please contact the site administrator or ask a friend to help you.
6. Stories must be submitted to the proper category. If there is an appropriate sub-category, DO NOT add your story to the main category. The submission form allows you to choose multiple categories for your story, and we worked very hard to add that functionality for you. So please do NOT add your story multiple times!
7. All stories must be rated correctly and have the appropriate warnings. All adult rated stories are expected to have warnings. After all, they wouldn't have that rating if there wasn't something to be warned about! The site administrators recognize that there is an audience for these stories, but please respect those who do not wish to read them by labeling them appropriately. Please note: Stories containing adults having sex with children are strictly forbidden.
8. Co-authors are allowed, however, both authors need to be members and given credit in the story.
9. Song fics are allowed; you do need a disclaimer stating the artist, writer, and the fact that no money is made off the lyrics.
10. Comments on stories are welcome. Flames however will NOT be tolerated. You will be given one warning and if it continues you will be banished as a member.
11. Plagiarism will not be tolerated. If there is an accusation brought up the mods will investigate and both parties will be informed of the decision. Anyone found guilty of this will be banished as a member. No warning will be given beyond the decision of the mods.
12. PLEASE bring all disputes to the mods. DO NOT bring it into the community. The community is not a warzone. You will receive one warning and then you will be removed for a cooling off period (your first offense). If after that time the mods deem that you can return you will be allowed back on, however any repeat of any actions will lead to removal and permanent banning.
Submissions found to be in violation of these rules may be removed and the author's account suspended at the discretion of the site administrators and/or moderators. The site administrators reserve the right to modify these rules as needed.
